"Refused treatment"

About: Hammersmith Hospital

I was refused/tried to be talked out of treatment by a condescending nurse and doctor who tried their best to palm me off to other GP's and hospitals. It was clear their shift finished in 30 minutes and they did not want to see me. I had bloody bandages that were desperate to be changed due to the fact that I had had surgery the previous day. The GP refused to even look at the letter given to me by a surgeon, put their hands in their pockets and simply shrugged and laughed when I was in incredible pain and asking for any type of help (And bandages that had soaked through to my clothes). Horrified by the level of professionalism from these two members of staff. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, sympathetic and understanding.
