"Mulberry ward Maternity nights shift staff ..."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

had very bad experience with a staff who works at mulberry ward 2nd floor on that night. :( my wife been induced and they were monitoring her at 2nd floor . on that night staff wasnt help full at all they were so rude . my wife was inlabour pain , her water broke (6am in the morning ) and ask her to take to the labour ward the midwife said there is no room downstairs so she has to wait. The midwife didnt even bother to check how many cm she is down. The midwife finished their shift (we didnt know )8.30am . i had to wait some one to come and monitor my wife till 10.30 no one turned up . i had to press the buzzers and then a midwife came and they checked her she was 7cm down. then they rush to take my wife down stairs 11ish where is the labour ward . my daughter born with in 2hrs . If I didn't press the buzzer my daughter might have born 2nd floor .
