What I liked
The overall experience of being cared for by people who obviously take the time to make sure that you are kept informed about what's going on from the time you are admitted to being discharged.
What could be improved
The tea could have been a bit hotter.
Anything else?
To all those who try to down grade the NHS service, you are not going into a 4 star hotel, the service is free and the staff are put under extreme pressure each and everyday so before you past judgement try putting yourself into daily situation of under funding and staff cuts and see how you would cope??
To one and all working in the NHS, you all deserve a medal for what you do as although it is a job which pays the bills know one would put themselves through what each of you have to, to get where you are today unless you cared about your patients.
A big thumbs up from me.
