"Cardiac catheter suite"

About: Solihull Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Been in today for a cardioversion procedure. Arrived at the hospital nervous but soon felt at ease. What amazingly wonderful and calming staff who were always on hand. Cannot fault them at all, only praise highly. Sincere thanks to all.

Dear gibbo53

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent cardioversion procedure at the Cardiac Catheter Suite at Solihull Hospital.

I'm so pleased to read that although you were nervous when you first arrived, the staff were very supportive and helped you to feel calm. Your comments are very kind and I will ensure that they are highlighted to the Matron for Cardiology who will communicate your feedback to all of the team. I hope this is acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to provide your comments, patient feedback is extremely important to us.

I do hope you are continuing to recover well.

Kind regards

Marie Helebert
