"Complaint 111 service Rude clinician"

I have attempted to complain but no effective complaints email address available, so I want others to be aware that when using this system they may get remarks that are rude and insulting.

I would like to make a complaint in regards to the response received from a clinician at the 111 service. I contact the service this morning and the person I spoke to was absolutely lovely and very thorough, and they then put me through to a clinician whose name I didn't get. I advised the clinician that my 9 year old son had been involved in a motocross accident yesterday and had been to a&e and discharged, to this the clinician advised "well that's a very dangerous sport I wouldn't let my child do but there you go". They the clinician asked what had happened since which I answered that dizziness vomiting had occurred, and the response then was what did the a&e advise if he got worse. I answered take him back to a&e, to which the clinician replied well that's what you need to do then isn't it. At this point I think the clinician realised this attitude was not appropriate, and they then proceeded to ask further questions which I answered advising yes I needed to take him to a&e which I proceeded to do.

The purpose my complaint is to advise I'm not interested in his personal opinion of letting my son race motocross, I am well aware of the dangers, I struggle every time I see him on a track, he is a national rider who advises it's his passion and he wants to be world rider. The purpose of the call was to gain reassurance and information of what I should do I felt the clinician was insulting, judgemental and rude not something I would expect from a professional at all and for training purposes this needs to be addressed.
