What a straightforward system, and it worked well. Short admin. session followed by an equally short wait for my call. Two very efficient and obviously happy nurses dealt with my issue promptly and with clear follow up instructions for me to follow. Wow, a very speedy , efficient, and pleasant experience altogether.
