"Clinic visit/ overnight stay following operation"

I attended the orthopedic outpatients clinic on Monday 8 August - every member of staff I came into contact with was helpful and friendly and made the experience a very positive one. There was minimal waiting time at each department I visited (X-ray, blood test, ECG etc) and the pre-op meetings went well.

On Thursday 11 August I had an operation on my foot - again every person I came into contact with was helpful, friendly and made what could have been a rather daunting experience a very positive one.

Although it was meant to be day surgery I stayed overnight - the staff on the ward were very caring and pleasant as was the physiotherapist.

A huge thank you to everyone - 100 out of 10 I'd say!
