"Thank You"

About: The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust

I was taken to A+E on Monday 8th August after being advised by nurse practitioner at walk in centre to go as I had a head injury. From the person who was friendly and patient on reception to the sister I saw for Triage who was friendly, understanding and made me feel at ease especially as I had been attacked the previous evening. I saw a lovely Doctor, it was their first day in A+E and the doctor was absolutely amazing, the doctor was extremely thorough, caring and explained everything to me to settle my nerves. I don't live in Wolverhampton, I live in Liverpool but I was so impressed with the way that I was dealt with right the way through, the waiting time was shocking but that was nothing to do with any Individual that I came across .... Please say thank you to your colleague's on my behalf x
