"I can't belive this !"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

My Nan was admitted to the hospital this august 2016 and the staff would not listen to her but her surgery went very well ! The staff were very rude and disrespectful and her food wasn't warm and sometimes not cooked !

So I have made this rating because I want to say that the nurses aren't very good and need to have a talking to !!!

But the consultant in another department who recently seen my sister in an out patient appointment was amazing and so kind . so some staff need to have a strict talking to .

Thank you, Becca, for posting feedback about your nan’s experience of Russells Hall Hospital. We are very sorry to hear that some of our nursing staff were rude during your nan’s stay. There is never an excuse for rude or disrespectful behaviour and we will make sure our matron for orthopaedics raises your comments with her team.

We have recently made improvements to inpatient food so it is disappointing to hear the food was less than satisfactory.

We have passed your comments onto our Catering Team.
