I used the Minor Injuries Unit on a Sunday evening as my daughter had hurt her ankle. We were seen within half an hour of arriving, the person at reception was friendly and efficient. My daughter was seen and diagnosed, we were told what the problem was and explained what had happened. Then we were given advice on what was going to happen in the next few days.
