What I liked

I went to A&E with a nose injury in January. I was seen within 60 mins by a very professional and polite doctor who gave me some good advice. Afterwards, I wanted to see an ENT surgeon as I wasn't entirely happy about the shape of the nose. This was arranged quickly and efficiently. all the staff were polite, friendly and professional.

What could be improved

Just trying to advise people how long they may have to wait to be seen.

Anything else?

Get rid of the drunks and timewasters.
