What I liked

Nurse was very friendly and comforting.

What could be improved

Had biopsy done 8 weeks ago, need surgery - no results or information(!!!) Follow up with patients so that they can know what is going on. Don't give patients expectations of time (told all would be complete in 4 weeks at the latest) if this is not going to be carried through. Waiting for contact is very frustrating as well as waiting for results of biopsy with no contact/information.

Anything else?

Very difficult to get information, or return telephone calls.
