Visited in early hours of 14 August with severe bladder pain. Although I was the only patient waiting, it took a while to be seen. Receptionist took details whilst a cleaner vaguely pushed a mop around.
Finally saw doctor, mentioned past history of urinary infections and stones. The doctor took away the sample I had brought with me for testing.
Took a long time, during which I noted how dirty the consulting room was.
The doctor eventually returned with a box of antibiotics so I said I assume I have an infection, cue one word answer yes.
That was it.
