"Doctor Feedback"

About: Macclesfield District General Hospital

For the doctor to do their job properly in the beginning. I visited A&E 7 weeks ago I had a swollen foot and was in extreme pain went into see the doctor in A@E they said that I didn't need a X-Ray and they knew what the problem was with my foot they said the condition for my foot was called Morton's neuroma the nerves in my foot had a lump in and I would suffer for a few months in extreme pain and gave me naproxen for the swelling and co-codamol for the pain. So after visiting A@E I thought it was Normal for me to be in so much pain because of the Morton's neuroma condition after 7weeks of suffering with ongoing pain I visited my GP doctors and they said the same that Morton's neuroma can be very painful for me and I would just have to put up with the pain.

I insisted they send me to have a X-Ray because I wasn't happy and it would set my mind at rest so after suffering for 7 weeks of extreme pain I had an X-Ray yesterday at A@E and it shows that I have had a fractured bone in my foot for the past 7 weeks and was not suffering with a condition called Morton's neuroma in actual Fact it was a fractured bone in my foot so if the doctor in

A@E had done their job properly in the first place and sent me for all of a 2 second X-Ray it would have shown up straight away that it was a fractured bone and I wouldn't have suffered so much pain in the past 7 Weeks and my foot would have been supported properly and my foot would have been fixed by now but I still am in lots of pain all because of one stupid doctor in A@E thought they knew what they were talking about.
