"Worse hospital i have seen"

About: Basildon University Hospital

My daughter was in neonatal intensive care and it was nothing like intensive care at all! My baby seats in her incubator and she was right by a window so they left her in a wet vest and opened the doors of her incubator and then opened the windows! My son passed away as my daughter was a twin so yes i was very scared and anxious came in one to my baby crying and the nurse looking after her didn't even check her just shouted from the other side Oh come on (her name) then they sat down and started talking about me and not very nicely! The nurse dropped tissue in the dirty floor then picked it up and put it straight back under my babies neck! They did her immunisations and didn't connect her to her monitor and my poor baby was having a bad De sat and her heart rate had dropped down to the 60s and no one knew until 20 minutes later when they put her back on her monitor! They leave the rooms unattended for several minutes babies alarms are going off and there's no one there to check them! In fact i had to grab a nurses attention to check a baby which to be honest it's not good enough! I used to have to wake up at 5am and get there for 6 and I'd leave every night after midnight because i didn't trust anyone and i felt like my baby wasn't cared for properly! I hate this hospital so much and i pray that everyone going into nicu are out quick!!!!
