"Had stitches- excellent care"

This was my first visit to the walk in centre - impressed by the cleanliness of reception/waiting area and polite welcome (amazed and glad the computer system worked and they had my details as have not been to the doctors for about 5 years!)

I was seen promptly by a wonderfully patient, kind and skillful nurse practitioner.

It took just under an hour from start to finish. The nurse took time and care examining, cleaning up and stitching my wound and happily answered questions and gave advice on how to look after the injury/dressing.

Very professional, caring and helpful - no hint of rushing even though I came in at 8:20 in the evening.
