"Wonderful staff and care"

Came in for day surgery here and can't complain at all. The staff were exceptionally kind and assuring. From the pre-op assessment but particularly the ENT clinic and surgery team. Before putting me under they were very friendly and comforting, letting me know what was happening every step of the way. When I woke up in recovery, the nurse looking after me was equally attentive and empathetic. The surgeon and anaesatist could also see I was quite scared and took the effort to come speak to me before and after the procedure. Would definately recommend for anyone and their family to be trested here.
