"Rude staff"

I visited the gynaecology department today & waited an hour & half after my appointment time. No apology or reasons were given. I was left in a warm depressing room that smelt disgusting. When I was seen I suffered a panic attack due to working myself up about the appointment the nurses on duty were lovely a real asset to the nhs however the specialist was rude & vague, the specialist did not know anything about the condition I have been referred with apart from what they printed off & threw across the desk at me. I don't even know their name this was never given to me. I was still really upset & the specialist made no attempt to try & help or calm me down & was rude when I refused to let them examine me. I had no confidence in them or their ability, the specialist was trying to force me into decisions when I didn't have informed choices & was not in the right frame of mind to be agreeing to. So I have left today stressed out with no further information or solution but was given an injection of god knows what & an appointment in 6 weeks time that I am already worried about. I'm going to my GP to see if I can be seen by another hospital. I would not recommend HRI to anyone.
