"E&A is waste of time"

I visited E&A at Ealing hospital & after waiting in a long Q I met the staff nurse at the front enterance who passed a form to fill in & after that 30 minutes later called my name to ask what is my problem, I explained to her that I have extreme fatigue and my recent private blood test showing blood inflamation CRP is too high and pain in whole my bones, 1 hour later I met another nurse who quickly examined me after measuring my blood pressure & approved my case to see a Doctor and it was about 10am , the Doctor came and listened to my complaint and took my private blood test which it showing them a serious issue needs to be investigated, the doctor came back after 30 minutes to say sorry this is A&E if you want your case to be investigated you have to go back to your GP who will write a letter to U.S. Then we can take you at the hospital for further investigation , sorry to say this is a rubbish system & useless , they must privatise the NHS and we get proper service even if we pay more but that way is inhuman way to treat people , even in the worse place on the earth they do not do that .
