About: Watford General Hospital

I went in to hospital at 1.00pm my baby hasn't moved since late last night and I was extremely worried, they hooked me up to machine to check baby's heartbeat and monitor movement, I was having strong intense contractions but they didn't seem to notice, they left me and my friend in the room without a drink of water or anything, I waited 4 hours for a doctor even though I was told they were going to see me next, baby still didn't move so I asked another midwife if they could give me something for the pain (contractions) they didn't suggest anything but swore I had an urine infection, I had another urine test a few hours later when doctor finally came round and said I didn't have an infection just contractions and they were sorry to mix me up with another patient my contractions weren't close enough together but very intense, anyway i got discharged in late evening just to be told to come back in at 10pm for more monitoring and the same again happened omg I am appulled at this hospital care I was given.
