(as the patient),

I went to Ayr Hospital today for an echogram and the staff were very pleasant. I've been to hospital quite a lot recently for the warfarin and eye clinic and it just made me think that I'm very, very lucky to have a hospital like Ayr. The staff are so lovely and so nice that I thought I should let them know.
