I am here to say thank you to all staff who had contact with our mother. From A&E to Wakely ward then on to Nelson ward. She and we, were treated with dignity and respect throughout her stay. All staff introduced themselves and spoke to her, they listened to her responses and acted on them. Every procedure was explained to her and us with her consent. I cannot fault the care she received. I can only say thank you to all.
