"Misleading information about appointments"

I phoned the Crawley Hospital Sexual Health Clinic in order to book an appointment time in the next few weeks, however was told I needed to come to consultation in person during the walk in times to be able to book the slot for minor routine operation (implant removal). As I am in fulltime employment I had to carefully plan the time of the visit so attended the clinic at 5pm on the day when clinic is open until 8pm. However I was told I could not be seen for consultation this evening and had to make an appointment for both; consultation & implant removal! I wish that the staff would give clearer instructions on how to book an appointment and respect people's time.

The best I was offered was the 30th of Aug when I had started my enquiries in the beginning of the month!
