Having left a review yesterday which was somewhat negative due to my experiences of the centre and aftercare. I felt it important to leave additional review commenting on how this has been resolved. After a mishap that had me waiting too long for the results of a skin lesion sent to histology, the Consultant telephoned me today to give me my results and then went on to apologise. I was happy to accept and results were clear which is a great weight off my mind. This afternoon the Matron of the centre telephoned and also apologised and listened to my experience and concerns and reassured me that they were putting steps in place to make sure this doesn't happen again, they talked me through what had happened. This reassured me, as when you know what went wrong, you can make sure in future it's not repeated. I fully accept the apology and the Matron was understanding, clear and thorough.
