"Terrible service"

I ordered two pairs of glasses and arrived on the day I was due to collect them to find that only one pair was available.

No effort had been made to contact me.

They said the second pair (which were sunglasses) would be available on the Friday, I explained this would be too late as we were going on holiday early that day and that I would need them on the Thursday.

I arrived on the Thursday and they were still not ready.

The sales assistant (who clearly didn't care to the point of rudeness) said they had been delivered but that I couldn't collect them until the next day.
