What I liked

The receptionist in the emergency care unit made you feel as if you were important and I was treated quickly by Nurses and Doctors who were polite and kept me informed of my treatment I had an xray within and hour and saw a Doctor on the renal care ward within two hours. She was thorough and explained things in detail. Coming from the South of England and needing emergency treatment I could not fault this hospital. I hope those people living and recieving treatment in the hospital appreciate what they have got.

Even the ultra sound treatment was arranged in double quick time. The Chief Executive should be very proud of all your staff from the cleaners to receptionists to nurses to Doctors to the Registrar who treated me. Thank you
