About: Hospital Of St Cross (Rugby)

I have not needed to stay in hospital for many years and felt more than a little nervous when entering Cedar Ward ( female ) but the warmth, care, kindness and dedication shown by all the staff was overwhelming, I'd also like to mention the doctors and nurses in the operating theatre, they had me laughing at a time I'd never expected to laugh ! Thank you all so much

It was lovely to read your comments about our staff being so kind, dedicated and warm, and reassuring you about your operation. This is exactly the standard of care which we aim to provide to all our patients.
