"Support given to my relative"

My daughter has used the services of the community team over a 20year period and in that time she has been supported by a very professional but caring team from Physiotherapists to SALT and others in between, they are without doubt the best support system for not only her but her family, she has now moved to Cheshire west for her living arrangements but the transition was supported by the Rosemount team ensuring continuity in her continuing health and emotional needs. I cannot thank them enough
