What could be improved

I was in isolation in eau and everyone that entered my room were suppose to be gloved and aproned, not one person did this.for the whole time I was there. There was so much rubbish on the floor in my room bits ofncotton wool covered in blood tops off syringes and general filth. I don't think the room had been cleaned for days
