"Overdue praise"

In 2014 I had a long overdue operation on my shoulder. I am relatively young to have had such a procedure and I had never been admitted to hospital before. I was a bit disappointed not to have been kept up to date on why I was waiting around for 5 hours to have my surgery especially as I was so nervous, but everything else went perfectly fine. I was glad to have been given the opportunity to prove I could be discharged the same day rather than it be a foregone conclusion I'd stay overnight which was a risk with the surgery being so much later. The staff were wonderful, there wasn't anyone I wouldn't be happy to see again. I write this review as I come back to the website for directions to an upcoming appointment for possibly more surgery - and if that's the case so be it, I'd have no qualms going back to Solihull Hospital.
