I would like to thank the clinicians who attended to my needs and care.

I have a long term condition that became problematic the last 72 hours. I was seen by the triage nurse within 10mins of arriving, once triaged I waited another 10 minutes before a saw a doctor. Myself and the Doctor discussed my clinical care and a joint decision was made regarding my options of treatment and advice for further management.

It was so refreshing to experience the consultation as it should be. Than you team!
