"saw a wonderful doctor who was so understanding"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

We saw a wonderful consultant today who could not of been more caring and understanding of my situation. Taking their time to read all my notes. Not flicking through them. Even getting my old notes from my first born to compare. Realising my situation they went out of their way to look after me. I came away today feeling like I had well and truely been looked after. Even the staff in the MAU were all lovely. There was a little bit of waiting but even under pressure they were still smiling and doing everything they could to keep you happy. From offering snacks to hot and cold drinks. These staff members do not get the recognition they deserve xx
