"Don't answer the phone, poorly run"

It is extremely difficult to get the phone answered to book appointments.Treatment they offered didn't work so had to be seen by head physio so a referral letter could be generated to the local hospital. During that examination I was hurt so badly I cried openly.

Thete was no care or compassion.The letter did not get written and I spent am anxious few weeks waiting for an appointment, finally chased it to discover it had never been written. Would not listen to me on the phone so I went to the clinic to see if it could be sorted. One of the senior physios was extremely rude....fInally they realised their mistake but got one of their staff to apologise for their behaviour.

I am sadly now under their care again as I've had a procedure , but they are not in agreement with the consultant surgeon and I don't feel they are treating me as the consultant's instructions.

I am going to pay to see a private physio as I have lost faith and trust in this service.
