What I liked

The way in which the staff treated me. The care and consideraton shown, I was having and endoscopy and have not needed any proceedures or treatment in many years so was quite fearful of the proceedure. All members of staff were kind and helpful and allayed any fears. After the proceedure I was allowed to recover at my own speed and was then advised of the outcome. This in itself was very helpful. Found everybody at the hospital efficient and pleasant

What could be improved

The appointment time for everyone attending that mornings clinic was the same, maybe they could have been staggered in 10 minute intervals ? as some people had to wait a couple of hours before their proceedure, which obviously adds to patient apprehension.
