"aftercare very poor"

I had a lesion removed and 7 weeks later still waiting for results despite telephoning 6 times. The staff I spoke to never seem to be able to access their computers kept putting me on hold and told me that it was with a consultant for review having told me the same thing almost 3 weeks ago. I had procedure on 28 June 2016 and its now 12 August 2016 and I am still waiting to find out the results. I was told that I would have the results within three weeks. The staff I have spoken to are not efficient at all and I am still waiting.
