"cystosccopy & blood tests"

After cystoscopy I went to have bloods done, however as I waited 2 hours for a 5 min procedure the bloods department was still full and closing at 5pm, decided to get bloods done at own gp as I only had £5 for parking and had been there since 2.15. I have a blue badge but still have to pay for parking and its not cheap either! I find the parking situation unfair and paying that amount when it wasn't my fault but the hospital being behind schedule a bitter pill to swallow. Other issue I was concerned with was the nurse that talked me through the procedure asking I i had any questions etc, asked what meds I was currently taking, didn't write the first one down at all and the second she couldn't spell same with other meds, I found this very shocking. Other than tho I fiund it a good experience, staff were very polite and helpful.
