"Outstanding, friendly, organised, thorough..."

I would like to thank all the staff at Hadley Wood Hospital for so many reasons including ensuring everyone I dealt with at every stage from my initial referral by the NHS, to booking cab for me to leave. In between, I dealt with courteous admissions staff, an outstanding nurse who provided a detailed and reassuring telephone assessment and consultation, a flawless receptionist, and wonderfully friendly and professional staff on the day of my dental surgery. I met a nurse on their first day who will no doubt enjoy working with the friendly team, and I'm sure their warmth did not go unnoticed. I was introduced to/treated by 11 members of staff, including nurses, the matron, surgeon, and the anaesthetist who respected my privacy and made sure I had everything I needed. This highly-organised team is magnificent and I know private and NHS patients who may be referred to them will recommend this new hospital. I am currently recovering pain-free after having teeth extracted, and my relief at the surgery being over, and having been treated so well have left me very happy.
