"broken wrist and how long you have to wait to..."

My daughter was seen on monday 8th at memorial who confirmed she had broken her wrist, she is a six year old, they gave her medication at the time and put her in a half cast as they said the fractor clinic will put her in a proper one, we need to phone on Wednesday the 10th, when i phoned on Wednesday i was told that due to a high demand on the clinic my daughter will not be seen until the 23rd, i tried to explain that she is in constant pain but they would not listen, she told me that this summer a lot of people had broken there bones and unless they open extra clinics then they can not do anything about it, i was told to go back to memorial but i was told that they can not do anything else for her until she sees the fracture clinic, at the moment i have a daughter who is in constant pain and a fracture clinic that wont help to see her in a suitable time frame, why should a six year old have to wait 2 weeks for a proper cast to be put on so that her wrist doesn't hurt as at the moment she is in tears as i write this
