Following an obviously inaccurate diagnosis delivered through the post and addressed to me by surname only from a doctor I never met and who had come to their conclusion by looking at photographs taken at a clinic in Colchester, I asked for a second opinion. I was given the choice of several hospitals and decided to make an appointment at the West Suffolk Hospital. I was referred to a doctorat a date only 9 weeks hence. The appointment was unhurried and I found the doctor to be kind and sensitive. They diagnosed my condition, explaining possible treatments and the prognosis fully. I could not have hoped for more.
