"one nurse in particular was friendly ..."

About: Southampton General Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

one nurse in particular was friendly and handled another patient who was being rude, very well.

What could be improved

how rude the person at reception was, they were very patronizing and had an impatient tone of voice to another patient who had been run over!

also the time i was waiting for medical help was 4 hours after i myself had been assaulted. Several nurses were also rude, gossiping.

Anything else?

having to pay for parking is extremely outragageous, especially how much. Do we not pay enough in taxes?
