Why is it every time I call for an appointment to have my hearing aid repaired or serviced I get referred to the walk in clinic?
It's easier to get an appointment to see the queen than it is to get an appointment for the hearing clinic. As someone who runs their own business I can't afford to be sitting in a what is essentially a very busy clinic four hours waiting to be seen. The fixed apppointment is ideal for someone in my position, yet every time you call for an appointment it's like asking for the winning lottery Nos
Another point I have is that when I received the hearing aid for the first time I wasn't given proper instructions on how it should be cleaned, and despite having been in at the clinics several times it was only today that I got proper instructions on how my aid should be looked after
