"Key hole surgery to remove gallbladder"

About: Fitzwilliam Hospital

I was an NHS patient but felt I was as well treated as a private patient. The staff were very reassuring and explained everything that was happening. After the op I was well looked after until I was fit to leave hospital (the egg sandwich was lovely). The only problem was with a follow-up appointment when I had a drain removed. I was booked in to see the wrong person but this was quickly dealt with and I was very pleased with the care I received.
