Staff are rude and do not listen. They think they know your body better than you go yourself! This has been disproven in my case a few times causing me unnecessary pain and suffering!
No matter that you have an appointment, you are not seen in time and no warning is given of delays and not apology is attempted. This department is a huge let down to the NHS sadly.
