I was a patient on Bramshott Ward following my total knee replacement. I was impressed every step of the way from my initial consultation, communication with the Orthopaedic admissions office, pre op assessment to my admission the day before surgery.
I was treated with respect and kept informed at each stage which gave me reassurance.
Great care was taken in Recovery to ensure I was warm, comfortable and .pain free. The staff on Bramshott Ward work as a cohesive team which I believe is key to their success.
Staff of all grades and disciplines were very kind and compassionate, nothing was too much trouble. Their knowledge and expertise was obvious and made me feel safe and secure no matter who was on duty. My physio and OT were fantastic they gave me such confidence which is the key to success and their little tiips were and still are so useful.
To summarise, this is an outstanding team who should be proud of themselves for their sheer hard work, remarkable skills, compassion and just for being so lovely and kind. I really appreciate it and am continuing their good work in my rehab at home. Thank you.
