I was extremely impressed by the efficiency, friendliness and professionalism of all concerned - especially the fantastic nursing staff who made me feel more like a hotel guest than a hospital patient. The procedure was uneventful, the nursing team's communication with my partner was timely and friendly, and my discharge on the same day the earliest it could have been.
No-one wants to undergo surgery, but if you have to then I hope you're lucky enough to find yourself in the care of this great team.
