"Rude reception and not dignity during mamogram."

I arrived this morning at 8.30 for a mamogram and on the ground floor when I asked where shall I go, the receptionist, pointed out to a board and told me to read it. There was nobody around or looked busy at all. Then, I went up to the 2nd floor, where no signs of any other reception to view. There was a sign with an arrow and a number and a sign to knock. So I did but nobody answered, so I decided to go and sit down near by and wait till 9.00. Everything is very strange, long corridors, no staff. You don't know where to go. When they finally arrived at the mamogram reception the nurse showed me to go into a small cubicle and undress from waist up. No gowns where provided to go out from the cubicle to the mamogram screen machine, while they were asking me questions. No dignity at all. They weren't kind at all and I did mention about the gowns. I won't go back there again.
