"Breast screening appointments"

I would like to commend most highly the staff of the breast screening dept, and the service they provide. I attended for 1st and 2nd screening appointments and found that every member of staff I met was efficient, professional, friendly, helpful and caring. Some aspects of the procedures required are inevitabley quite unpleasant, yet their compassion and attention to detail made it so much more bearable. At all times, I felt that my dignity and comfort was as important to them as the information they were obtaining from the tests and procedures. These healthcare professionals are a credit to the NHS and I would like to pass on my sincere thanks.
