What I liked

I was on ward 7 following a hip replacement. I found that all the staff involved in running the ward from the cleaners to the matron were all attentive with nothing too much trouble be it day or night. The attention to hygeine was very good. I only have the highest praise for those involved with my recovery. In these day when the NHS only seems to receives bad press they should be praised when it is well deserved as I found during my short stay.

What could be improved
