"I would definitely recommend this service"

About: Ealing IAPT

(as the patient),

I was referred for CBT for post-natal anxiety & depression.

I was seen within a month. I had weekly sessions at a convenient time and was seen by a very professional therapist. I was given weekly tasks within my limits at the time. I was always treated with respect, never felt judged and found it very easy to talk openly. Sessions progressed at a pace dictated by me. I would definitely recommend this service.
