"Gall bladder removal"

About: Good Hope Hospital

I had a gall bladder removed on Friday 5th August and everyone, receptionist, nurses, operating and recovery staff, were fantastic.

So kind and pleasant.

Prior to that I had happy experiences attending appointments where everyone was so nice.

Makes such a difference and it is much appreciated.

Dear Mrs Jones

thank you so much for your kind comments about your recent patient experience having your gall bladder removed at Good Hope Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that you were well cared for, and found the operating team and recovery staff to be fantastic in their care of you, and were kind and pleasant.

I will ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Matron for Theatres who will ensure that your feedback is communicated to all of the team, as well as the Clinical Director for General Surgery. I hope this is acceptable.

I do hope you are continuing to recover well from your surgery and please accept my best wishes.

Kind Regards

Marie Helebert
